Speaking Engagements
Would your group, club, organization want like an interesting and educational presentation on any of the many topics involved in the practice of Elder Law? A presentation is available to your group on any one of several dozen EldER Law and Estate Planning topics. The presentation can be as short as 15 minutes, or as long as 2 hours. There is NEVER a fee charged a presentation (though some educational organizations may collect of fee), and, you will NEVER be solicited to buy anything thing or pressure you for follow-up personal services. NO personal information will be collected from you. At most Mr. Treacy will bring a handful of business cards, some brochures, and plenty of interesting, educational material to make each talk enjoyable and informative.
The most frequent comment receiveed after a presntation is: " I wish Mr. Treacy could have stayed longer and discussed a few more topics"!

Long Term Care Planning - Two experts conduct a lively discussion on the two primary options for financing long-term care. Mr. Treacy will cover the eligibility rules and planning
options using public benefits (Medicaid and VA). Sam Grossley, Certified in Long Term Care Planning from Mass Mutual Financial will cover the various options in long-term care insurance products.
THIRD WORKSHOP: January 27, 2011 at 10:30 am to 12 noon
Trusts 101 - The uses and benefits of various types of trusts will be discussed. Revocable and Irrevocable Living Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Estate Tax Credit Shelter Trusts, Real Estate Trusts, Pet Trusts and...how a Trustee should to continue to administer and monitor a living trust. First 10 enrollees will get free copy of "A Guide for Administering the Revocable Living Trust" (Thompson/West Publishing).
