More often than not, there is an incredible feeling of relief that comes when our clients sign their estate planning documents knowing they have just taken an important step for themselves and their family. We love providing that feeling to our clients. However, we are also aware that an estate plan that works for you today may not meet your needs in a few years. This is why we have developed our Client Maintenance Program. With this unique program our clients are assured their estate plans will be kept current and always updated.
Many things that can affect your estate plan frequently change. Most notably, family situations such births, deaths, divorce, and marriages of any of your beneficiaries. In addition, changes in your finances and health could significantly impact your plan. Lastly, the law is constantly changing. Something you do today may be affected by a subsequent change in the law tomorrow.
An integral part of ensuring your estate planning accomplishes what you intend it to, is our commitment to ensure you keep it updated with the changes in your family, your health, and finances.
To assist you with this, we have developed The Elder Law & Estate Planning Client Maintenance Plan. Our monthly or annually subscription based plan is an economical way to keep your estate plan current and up to date.
Over the years, we have found that after clients sign their documents, they still have lingering questions or something occurs that they need an answer from their attorney and/or need to make minor changes. Inevitably, clients are reluctant to call because they're afraid of paying additional attorney's fees or they will be charged for every minute spent on the phone.
This optional subscription program gives clients the opportunity to make their estate plan easier to maintain for a reasonable monthly or annual flat fee. It also provides them the reassurance that their estate plan will be current and work the way they want it to when it is needed most.
As a member of our all-inclusive client maintenance program, you will have access to your attorneys when you need them. It also allows your plan to grow as you grow, protecting not just your assets, but that rich and wonderful legacy you’re creating.
